About me
I teach a flowing style of movement and breathwork that draws on nearly 20 years of vinyasa-based yoga practice and my explorations of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Restorative, Somatic movement, Yoga Therapy, Qigong, Martial Arts, Pilates and Dance during my ten years of teaching yoga.
My classes follow a different physical, energetic or philosophical theme each week, with emphasis on building both strength and flexibility in body and mind.
From dynamic flow to gentle yoga and relaxation, I offer a range of online and in-person weekly classes, workshops and retreat days.
All classes are friendly and inclusive. My students are aged 18 to 80+ and I provide options for every level of energy and experience.
I love to share the practices that I find most enjoyable and beneficial with enthusiasm and a smile.

Weekend workshops - Gentle yoga and relaxation
I am offering regular gentle yoga and relaxation workshops to support the physical and mental challenges of the pandemic - and everyday life too!
These are suitable for all and held on Saturdays from 17.00-18.10 (on zoom).
We enjoy floor-based gentle movement to mobilise and release the whole body before some restful restorative poses and calming breathing techniques.
They provide a nurturing antidote to time spent sitting at a computer and the uncertain nature of the times we are in!
Yoga is recognised globally for its mental, physical and spiritual benefits. Most yoga classes combine physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama) meditation and relaxation. These provide wonderful tools for living with greater focus, strength and ease.
